On April 1, 2020 the city council passed three ordinances and a resolution, two of which created a new classification, Site Specific Development, Institutional, Temple, and rezoned the property out of Single Family Residential into it.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe building grew between rendering and ribbon. It sets the paving pattern in the four main plazas and appears again as decorative metalwork along the baptismal font railing.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eInterior stone is Perlatino from Italy throughout, with Crema Ella in the sealing rooms and celestial room.
