Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
Every piece we sell is printed after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, which keeps the catalog wide but also means we handle returns a little differently than a store shipping from stock. Here's exactly how it works.
If something's wrong with your order
Damaged in shipping, misprinted, or the wrong item in the box — that's on us. Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem and your order number, and we'll send a replacement at no cost. Don't ship anything back; we don't need it.
If tracking shows your package was lost in transit, contact us and we'll reship it.
If the size isn't right
We'll exchange one item per order for a different size within 30 days of delivery. The garment needs to be unworn (anything other than being tried on will not be accepted), unwashed, and free of odors or pet hair. You cover shipping the original item back to us; we cover shipping the replacement out to you.
Email us first and we'll send return instructions. Our returns don't go to the facility that shipped your order, so packages sent back without contacting us can't be processed.
Before you order, check the size guide on the product page. Our garments run relaxed and boxy by design, and the measurement video shows exactly how to compare against a shirt you already own.
If you'd rather have your money back
We accept returns for a refund within 30 days of delivery. The garment needs to be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors or pet hair — we can't refund an item that's been used.
You cover return shipping, and the cost of shipping your original order is deducted from the refund. The remainder goes back to your original payment method, typically posting within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Email us before shipping anything back and we'll send return instructions.
If the problem is a defect or a wrong item, none of this applies — see the first section. You don't pay anything and you don't ship anything back.
What isn't a defect
Our apparel is garment-dyed, which means the finished garment goes into the dye rather than the fabric being dyed first. That process is what gives these pieces their depth and softness, and it also produces a few characteristics worth knowing about:
- Color varies between garments. Two shirts in the same color from different dye lots will not match exactly. This is inherent to garment dyeing, not a printing error.
- Slight shrinkage continues after purchase. Garment-dyed goods are pre-shrunk during dyeing but will still move a little in the first few washes. Wash cold, tumble dry low.
- Seams and edges show soft whiskering. Light distressing along stitching is characteristic of the process.
- Print texture varies with the fabric. Ink sits differently on heavyweight cotton than on a smooth blank, and fine linework can read slightly softer on fleece than on a tee.
If you're unsure whether what you're seeing is a defect, send us a photo. We'd rather look at it than have you wonder.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, we can reship it once you cover the shipping cost. If a package is refused or goes unclaimed, we can't issue a refund.
